HR Manager

Café Arabia is looking for a practical and organized person to manage manpower and basic HR coordination across our outlets and Central Kitchen.

We need someone who is comfortable working with restaurant and kitchen staff and can bring better structure and follow-up to day-to-day people matters.

• Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain outlet-wise manpower and staff shortage details
• Coordinate hiring through staff references and local networks
• Maintain employee records, joining and exit details
• Check attendance, leave, weekly offs and payroll inputs
• Follow up on salary, attendance and employee issues
• Track new joiners, staff leaving and reasons for exit
• Coordinate with outlet managers and operations team
• Share a simple weekly manpower and people update
• We Are Looking ForExperience in HR, recruitment or manpower coordination
• Hospitality, restaurant, retail or blue-collar workforce experience preferred
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Hindi communication required; 
• Comfortable visiting outlets when required
• ESI and PF knowledge is mandatory and a part of the monthly job requirement for filing for all our staff

Most important: practical, organized, good with people and strong at follow-up.
