International Voice Process Executive – US/Canada MarketLocation: Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

About the RoleWe are looking for an International Voice Process Executive with 1–2 years of experience in US/Canada calling, outbound sales, lead generation, or international voice processes.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients in the US and Canada markets, understanding their requirements, introducing ICE's services, generating qualified leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups to develop business opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients in the US and Canada.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other business networking channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Promote and explain ICE's engineering, BIM and related services to prospective clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with international prospects.
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand service capabilities and communicate relevant information to clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and help move qualified leads through the business development process.
- Maintain professionalism and effective communication while interacting with international clients.
- Candidate Profile1–2 years of experience in US/Canada calling, international voice process, inside sales, lead generation, B2B sales or business development.
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation will be preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US/Canada clients.
- Confident and professional in handling business conversations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn and email communication.
- CRM experience will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in the 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift.
