Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and offer expert advice on jewellery selection, styling, and care.
  • Sales & Targets: Achieve daily and monthly sales goals by upselling and actively promoting new collections.
  • Product Knowledge: Educate customers on product specifications, including material composition, diamond certification, purity, pricing, and making charges.
  • Inventory & Display: Maintain visually appealing display cases, assist with regular stock audits, and ensure secure handling of high-value merchandise.
  • Billing & Administration: Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and maintain customer records for follow-ups.
