Lift/Elevator Technician

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Lift Technician to handle elevator installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and breakdown support.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out lift installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspection of elevators.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-system issues.
• Attend lift breakdowns and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Check and maintain safety components such as door locks, limit switches, brakes, safety circuits, and sensors.
• Assist in elevator testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per company safety procedures and applicable standards.
• Maintain proper service records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Supervisor, and customer during service visits.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly.
• Follow site safety rules and maintain proper housekeeping at the work location.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Practical knowledge of elevator/lift components.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical faults.
• Knowledge of lift installation and maintenance procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to different customer sites in Pune/PCMC.
• Ability to work independently and handle breakdown calls.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.
• QualificationITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in the elevator industry will be an advantage.
• Preferred CandidatePrior experience as a Lift Technician / Elevator Technician / Service Technician.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in installation, AMC maintenance, and breakdown service will be preferred.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
