Job Description

Job Title: SMRE / Telecaller

Company: Excell Autovista Pvt. Ltd. – NEXA Service

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Description:

  • Handle customer calls and service-related queries.
  • Follow up with customers for service appointments.
  • Make outbound calls and maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate with the service team for customer requirements.
  • Ensure good customer experience and timely follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 6 months–2 years of experience in Telecalling/Customer Service preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
