Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Collection Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over calls to remind them about pending payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers to collect outstanding dues.
• Explain payment details and available payment options.
• Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during calls.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Basic English
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
