Sales Executive

Job SummaryThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating personal-loan leads, acquiring new customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, and coordinating with internal teams until loan approval and disbursement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate personal-loan leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local market activities.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain loan eligibility, features, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
• Acquire new customers and convert leads into loan applications.
• Collect and verify KYC, income, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth processing.
• Follow up with customers from application/login through approval and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales/disbursement targets.
• Build strong customer and referral relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and follow-ups.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Candidate Requirements12th pass / Graduate, depending on company requirements.
• Freshers can apply; experience in personal loans, banking, NBFC, credit cards, insurance, or field sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp and documentation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence may be preferred for field roles.
