Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Lighting Inspection Executive who will visit dealers/retailers and customer locations to inspect lighting products, identify defective or damaged bulbs, and coordinate their replacement as per company process.

• Key Responsibilities:-
• Visit dealers, retailers, and assigned locations for lighting inspections.
• Inspect bulbs/LED lighting products for defects, damage, or performance issues.
• Identify bulbs that require replacement and verify the product details.
• Coordinate with dealers for replacement of defective bulbs.
• Check stock availability and maintain proper replacement records.
• Collect required details such as product model, quantity, batch/serial number, and reason for replacement.
• Take photographs and maintain proper documentation of defective products.
• Prepare daily/weekly visit and replacement reports.
• Coordinate with the internal service/operations team regarding pending replacements.
• Follow up with dealers to ensure replacement is completed within the required timeline.
• Travel regularly to assigned dealer locations and market areas.
• Maintain professional relationships with dealers and provide basic support regarding lighting products.
