Sales Executive

Solar Bird is looking for capable, responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executives to expand our business across Maharashtra.

Candidates can work from their home location and travel for field visits, customer meetings, lead generation, and business development activities.

• Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and develop customers across Maharashtra.
• Visit customers and explain our solar rooftop solutions and services.
• Identify potential customers, builders, businesses, and other sales opportunities.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings independently.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update the management regularly.
• Coordinate with the Pune head office and the internal sales team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales ability and a responsible attitude.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork within the assigned area.
• Ability to work independently from their home location.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and target-oriented.
• Previous field sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar sales, electrical products, real estate, or other field sales is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred, if required for the assigned territory.

• Reporting Office: Pune
• Work Mode: Home-based fieldwork with customer visits
• Reporting: Daily/weekly reporting to the Pune head office
