Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage a sales team, and achieve business targets for Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Generate new business through leads, references, and market development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Guide the sales team to improve productivity and conversions.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure proper customer servicing and policy documentation.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and sales processes.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance, BFSI, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development.
- Graduation preferred.
