Store Executive

The Store Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth inventory and cash-handling processes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide professional assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Receive, label, organize, and replenish inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and report damaged, missing, or low-stock items.
• Assist with stock counts and periodic inventory audits.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports when required.
• Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is an advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and presentable.
• Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to use point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
