Job Description
Job Summary-
We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to handle payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee records, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of payroll processes and labour compliance and should be comfortable coordinating with employees, accounts, consultants, and government portals.
Job Description-
Payroll Processing: Monthly salary, deductions, advances, arrears & salary slips
Attendance & Leave: Attendance, late marks, leave records and payroll inputs
Statutory Compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus & Gratuity
PF & ESIC: ECR, challans, returns and employee-related queries
HR Operations: Joining, onboarding, exit formalities and employee records
HR Documentation: Offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters
Labour Compliance: Maintain compliance records and support audits/inspections
Employee Queries: Salary, attendance, leave and HR-related issues
HR Reports: Maintain HR trackers, payroll data and compliance records
