About JINAJINA 92.5 Silver Jewelry offers a wide range of premium sterling silver jewellery, featuring traditional craftsmanship and modern designs. We are looking for a responsible and sales-driven Store Manager to manage our Pune store and ensure excellent customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and relationship management.
- Manage jewellery inventory, stock audits, and product displays.
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Implement promotional offers and company marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper product knowledge of 92.5 sterling silver jewellery.
- Maintain store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing software, and sales reporting.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team effectively.
