Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident, polite and target-oriented Customer Feedback Executive to join our team in Pune.

The candidate will communicate with passengers who have travelled with us, collect feedback about their journey, encourage customers to share ratings and reviews on their booking platform, and help improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call passengers after completion of their bus journey.
• Collect feedback about cleanliness, punctuality, staff behaviour, boarding experience and overall satisfaction.
• Politely guide passengers on how to submit rating or review on the platform where they booked.
• Send follow-up WhatsApp messages where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, answered calls, feedback and completed reviews.
• Escalate complaints to the operations team for resolution.
• Update daily performance reports in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Follow company calling scripts and customer communication procedures.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach with every passenger.

Required Skills:

• Good Hindi and basic English communication.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel.
• Good listening skills and a polite telephone manner.
• Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.

Freshers who are confident speaking on the phone are welcome. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, feedback collection or sales calling is an advantage.
