Welder / Fitter

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder & Fitter to perform welding, fabrication, fitting, assembly, and maintenance work. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, use hand and power tools safely, and complete work according to required quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, ARC, and gas welding as required.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols.
• Cut, fit, align, and assemble metal components.
• Perform fabrication and fitting of structures, frames, machinery, and equipment.
• Operate welding machines, cutting equipment, grinders, drills, and other workshop tools.
• Measure and inspect components using measuring instruments.
• Ensure proper welding quality, alignment, dimensions, and finishing.
• Repair and modify metal structures and components when required.
• Maintain welding and fitting tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Complete assigned work within the required time and quality standards.
• Required QualificationsITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welder, Fabrication, or related trade preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring tools such as vernier caliper, measuring tape, and micrometer.
• Ability to operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Physically fit and able to work in a workshop or industrial environment.
