Job Description

  • Voucher Entry: Processed daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment, contra, and journal vouchers in Tally.
  • Ledger Management: Created, updated, and maintained individual customer and vendor ledgers.
  • Reconciliation: Performed routine bank reconciliation (BRS) and verified discrepancies against source documents.
  • Data Verification: Checked invoices, bills, and receipts for financial accuracy before entry.
  • Report Generation: Assisted senior accountants in generating day books, trial balances, and profit-loss statements.
  • Software: Tally.ERP 9, TallyPrime, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Technical: Voucher processing, ledger reconciliation, basic debit/credit principles, inventory management.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, time management, data confidentiality.
