Job Description
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain accounts records and assist in basic reconciliation.
Handle store-related activities and documentation.
Prepare and maintain Material Inward & Outward Challans.
Record all material inward/outward movements and update entries regularly.
Maintain stock and material movement records.
Coordinate with the store and office team for material entries and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of accounting and store-related documents.
Perform data entry and other routine office administration work.
