Indian Drivers (ID Car Drivers Pvt Ltd) is a reputable company dedicated to providing high-quality driver services in the Indian market. We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Accounts  team.

Job Overview:

As an Accounts Executive at Indian Drivers, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes. You will be responsible for handling accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities -

1.      Handle accounts payable and receivable along with Tally backup.

2.      Maintain records of business costs, such as labor, admin, stationery etc.

3.      Check invoices for inaccuracies & TDS calculations.

4.      Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.

5.      Contact clients about invoices that are past due & handle general account queries.

6.      Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

7.      Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.

8.      Ensure punctual and accurate filing of PF, ESIC, and PT returns.

9.      Address any queries or issues related to PF, ESIC, and PT raised by employees or regulatory authorities.

10.  Manage the entire payroll cycle.

Qualification:

1.      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2.      Effective written and verbal communication skills

3.      Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or invoicing functions.

4.      Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally, and MS Office applications.

5.      Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

6.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

7.      Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial recordkeeping and analysis.

8.      Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
