Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination between cross-functional groups to enhance problem resolution efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team capability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security principles.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex network-related issues.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
- Skilled in maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure to support business applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
