Job Description

  • Login Executive – Job DescriptionCollect and verify customer loan documents.
  • Check customer profiles and identify suitable bank/NBFC options.
  • Login loan applications on bank/NBFC portals.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing.
  • Follow up on pending documents, queries, and discrepancies.
  • Track application status from login to sanction and disbursement.
  • Maintain daily MIS and update file status regularly.
  • Coordinate with sales, credit, and processing teams.
  • Handle rejected/hold files and take necessary corrective action.
  • Ensure all files are processed as per company and lender policies.
