Job Description

  • Job Description – BPO Telecaller

  • Job Title: BPO Telecaller

  • Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly BPO Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about products/services, and assist customers with their queries. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Make and receive customer calls as required.
  • Explain products, services, offers, and processes to customers.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned team.

  • Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi/English.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
