Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive direct sales and develop new customer relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through direct sales, referrals and networking.
  • Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
  • Recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Generate repeat, renewal and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer and sales information in the CRM.
