- Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager (BDM) – Credit Cards is responsible for acquiring new customers, generating credit card business, building relationships with customers and business partners, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for credit card products.
- Promote credit card features, benefits, rewards, cashback, and offers.
- Meet prospective customers through field visits, corporate tie-ups, and direct sales.
- Achieve monthly credit card sourcing and activation targets.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, merchants, and channel partners.
- Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and charges to customers.
- Collect and verify customer application documents as per bank policy.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for application processing.
- Ensure quality applications and minimize rejection rates.
