Job Summary:

Tirunga Bhuvan Hotel is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cash Counter Executive to manage daily billing and payment operations. This position is ideal for retired individuals or experienced professionals seeking a stable and respectful work environment. The candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Handle all cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.

•         Prepare and issue guest bills and invoices.

•         Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

•         Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit daily reports.

•         Ensure proper cash handling as per hotel policies.

•         Coordinate with front office and restaurant teams for smooth billing processes.

•         Provide polite and efficient customer service at the payment counter.

•         Maintain a clean and professional counter area.

•         Report discrepancies, if any, to the management promptly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

•         Retired individuals or candidates with prior experience in cashiering, billing, or hotel front office roles are encouraged to apply.

•         Basic knowledge of accounts and billing procedures.

•         Strong numerical and communication skills.

•         Honest, trustworthy, and able to handle financial transactions responsibly.

•         Minimum education: 10+2 (Senior Secondary); BA. BCom

•         Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing systems, etc.)
