Client Servicing Manager

Job Description-

• Identify and On-board new clients through proactive outreach efforts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and support to address their investment needs and objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and recommend suitable mutual fund products and solutions.
• Educate customers on the product benefits
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to evaluate their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs.
• Implement timely portfolio adjustments and rebalancing strategies to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the mutual fund industry
• Offering prompt service to clients – resolve queries, complete service requests, email reports, etc.
• Meeting clients for completion of investments and any follow-ups
• Diligently operate an investment software to tally transactions and handle customer investment data
• Ongoing administrative work
