Job Description
Job Description – Clinic Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, responsible and well-spoken Receptionist for our clinic in Kharadi, Pune.
Responsibilities:
- Attend patient calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Manage patient appointments and reception desk
- Patient registration and basic documentation
- Handle billing and payment entries
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and patients
- Maintain patient records and daily clinic data
- Keep the reception area organized
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience to patients
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Marathi & Hindi communication required; basic English preferred
- Previous clinic/hospital receptionist experience preferred
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply
