Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native solutions that enhance the efficiency of application development. This role requires making informed decisions on selecting the most suitable cloud tools and technologies to meet project requirements. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services, continuously monitoring and optimizing the cloud environment to support scalable and reliable applications. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation within the cloud infrastructure landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new cloud-native technologies to improve development workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build cloud expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align cloud platform strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud platform performance.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
