Job Description

Operate CNC Router and Laser Cutting machines as per production requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings, cutting layouts, dimensions, and job specifications.

Prepare and load required CNC programs/files for cutting and routing.

Set machine parameters such as speed, feed, power, frequency, and cutting settings as required.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, bits, nozzles, and other machine accessories.

Properly load and position materials such as MDF, acrylic, PVC, foam board, plywood, metal sheets, ACP, and other approved materials.

Check material size, thickness, and quality before starting production.
