Job Description:

We are looking for a Commercial Property Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for sourcing commercial properties from the open market and through builders. The candidate will identify suitable properties, coordinate with builders and property owners, and support business expansion requirements.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Source commercial properties from open market, brokers, and builders

* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and property owners

* Identify new commercial property opportunities as per company needs

* Conduct site visits and property evaluations

* Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, lease, and purchase conditions

* Coordinate with legal and internal teams for documentation and approvals

* Maintain updated property database and market information

* Track market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

* Experience in commercial real estate sourcing or acquisition

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Knowledge of commercial real estate market

* Ability to work independently and meet targets

* Willingness to travel for site visits

Experience:

* Minimum 0–2 years of experience in commercial property sourcing or real estate

Preferred Skills:

* Builder network and broker connections

* Understanding of leasing, purchase, and documentation process
