Copywriter

Key Responsibilities:

Copy Creation: Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for websites, blogs, social media, brochures, and email campaigns, specifically focused on real estate projects, properties, and market trends.

Research: Conduct in-depth research on real estate trends, market analysis, competitors, and customer preferences to create data-driven, insightful copy.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive and impactful copy that aligns with branding guidelines and overall marketing strategy.

Social Media: Develop engaging social media posts, captions, and copy that highlight key features, USP, and trending topics.

Property Descriptions: Write detailed property descriptions, including features, benefits, and selling points, tailored to the target audience.

Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy for online and offline advertisements, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and print materials.

Proofreading & Editing: Review and edit copy for grammar, clarity, style, and accuracy, ensuring a high standard of quality in all written materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of real estate terminology, trends, and the housing market.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with copy management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and target audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of residential, commercial, and luxury real estate markets.
• Experience with real estate marketing strategies and understanding of buyer personas.
• Familiarity with hatgpt, Claude, or other Grammarly.
