Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and politically aware Marathi Political Content Writer to create impactful, engaging, and audience-focused political content in Marathi. The candidate will be responsible for developing content for social media, speeches, political campaigns, press communications, public outreach, and digital platforms.

• high-quality political content in Marathi for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and digital channels.
• Create engaging posts, captions, slogans, campaign messages, articles, scripts, and political narratives.
• Draft speeches, statements, press notes, public messages, and responses on behalf of political leaders or organizations.
• Research current political, social, and local issues and convert them into clear and compelling content.
• Monitor political news, government policies, public sentiment, and trending topics.
• Develop creative content around political campaigns, events, rallies, initiatives, and public programs.
• Adapt content according to different audiences, platforms, and communication objectives.
• Proofread and edit Marathi content to ensure correct grammar, spelling, tone, and clarity.
• Work closely with the social media, design, video, and campaign teams to develop integrated content.
• Ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with the organization's communication strategy.
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive content requirements during campaigns and political events.

• Strong knowledge of Marathi grammar, vocabulary, and political terminology.
• Good understanding of Maharashtra's political and social landscape.
• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.

• Excellent headline, slogan, and social media copywriting skills.
• Ability to understand political speeches, statements, and news and convert them into engaging digital content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle fast-changing topics.
• Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
• Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marathi, Political Science, Literature, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in political content writing, journalism, digital media, PR, or social media is preferred.
• Candidates with strong Marathi writing skills and relevant political/digital content portfolios may also be considered.
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePolitically aware and well-informed about Maharashtra and Indian politics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
• Strong understanding of Marathi audiences and local communication styles.
