Job Description

Position: Sales Executive – Jewellery Store

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives for our jewellery retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend customers and understand their jewellery requirements
  • Explain products, designs, pricing, offers and schemes
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Build good customer relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp
  • Participate in promotional/D2D activities when required
  • Maintain proper product display and follow stock-handling procedures
  • Maintain professional grooming, punctuality and store discipline
