Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and continuous improvement of software components to support business objectives effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks and priorities effectively.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
