Job Description: Customer Care Executive

  • Location & Experience: Viman Nagar, Pune | 1–5 Years Experience (FMCG/E-commerce preferred)
  • Core Role: Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails regarding orders, delivery status, and subscriptions.
  • Key Operations: Resolve customer issues within SLA, log tickets in CRM, and coordinate with delivery teams.
  • Key Requirements: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi with basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
