Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, conducting follow-up calls, resolving customer complaints, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with the Sales and Service teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
• Follow up with customers after sales and service.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Insurance, and other departments.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of customer service experience are preferred.
