Job Description

Job Title: Customer Feedback & Support Executive

About the Role:

We are hiring a Customer Feedback & Support Executive to connect with customers, collect feedback, and improve service quality. This role involves regular calling and customer interaction.

  • 🔹 Responsibilities:Make 100–120 calls daily to customers
  • Collect honest feedback about services
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Maintain records of customer responses
  • Ensure a positive customer experience
  • 🔹 Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customers politely
  • Must be comfortable with calling work
  • Freshers can apply
  • 🔹 Work Details:Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Weekly Off: Weekdays
  • Job Type: Full-Time 
  • 🔹 Important Note :Candidates must be comfortable with high call volume (100+ calls/day)
