Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding suitable career-oriented courses.
  • Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and ensure a smooth admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide a positive counselling experience.
