Job Description
- Manage all private booking inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email).
- Share information, follow up on leads, and convert them into bookings.
- Finalize packages, calculate billing, collect advance payments.
- Coordinate with caterers, decorators, and the farm team.
- Create booking summaries, agreements, and maintain event calendars & CRM.
- Oversee event-day execution: setup checks, guest welcome, farm tours, guest comfort.
- Collect feedback, share review links, and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain payment records, verify calculations, and liaise with the accounts team.
