Job Description

  • Manage all private booking inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email).
  • Share information, follow up on leads, and convert them into bookings.
  • Finalize packages, calculate billing, collect advance payments.
  • Coordinate with caterers, decorators, and the farm team.
  • Create booking summaries, agreements, and maintain event calendars & CRM.
  • Oversee event-day execution: setup checks, guest welcome, farm tours, guest comfort.
  • Collect feedback, share review links, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Maintain payment records, verify calculations, and liaise with the accounts team.
