Job Summary:

Navnit Insurance Brokers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive B2C sales of general insurance products, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell general insurance products to individual customers (B2C).
• Generate business through leads, references, follow-ups, and customer referrals.
• Explain insurance products, coverage, benefits, and policy terms to customers.
• Handle customer queries and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up on prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals, and customer servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in sales, preferably in general insurance.
• Knowledge of products such as motor, health, travel, or other general insurance policies is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.

Preferred Experience:

1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, banking, financial services, or a related industry.
