Job Description
Position: Field Engineer
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Location: Katraj, Hadapsar, Dhanori, Alandi, Chakan and Talegaon Dabade
Salary Package: 2.16 LPA* + Petrol Allowance (Rs. 3/- per Kilometer)
Requirement: Must have Own Bike & Valid Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site inspections of immovable properties for valuation purposes.
2. Verify property location, boundaries, dimensions, demarcations, access roads, and surrounding infrastructure.
3. Verify property documents such as Sale Deed, 7/12 Extract, Property Card, Approved Plans, Commencement Certificate, Occupancy Certificate, etc.
4. Perform market research to determine the fair market value of the property.
5. Capture and maintain site photographs, geo-tagged images.
6. Share the site visit data to the technical team.
