Field Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic and confident individuals who love interacting with people, offering food samples, and converting tastings into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage Soulicious tasting booths at supermarkets, grocery stores, residential societies, exhibitions, and local events.

Offer pickle samples to customers and explain the taste, quality, ingredients, and product benefits.

Generate interest in Soulicious products and convert visitors into paying customers.

Achieve daily sales targets and maximize sales at every booth.

Handle product display, pricing, customer queries, and order collection.

Identify popular flavours and collect customer feedback.

Coordinate with event organizers and society management to arrange new tasting opportunities.

Maintain daily reports of samples distributed, customers engaged, and sales generated.

Build brand awareness and encourage repeat purchases.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Friendly, confident, and comfortable approaching new people.

Interest in food, marketing, and direct sales.

Willingness to travel across Pune and work at different event locations.

Two-wheeler preferred.
