Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests and check-in / check-out handling in PMS (GRSS)
Manage room reservations, allotments, and booking channels
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
Prepare bills, collect payments, and maintain cash drawer
Coordinate with Housekeeping for room status
Maintain front desk logbook and guest records
Answer phone calls and emails
