Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Acquisition & Support Executive to help us onboard and support customers using our digital platform.

The company generates leads through online marketing and campaigns. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. You will work primarily with interested leads who have already enquired about our platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contact interested leads generated through our online campaigns.
• Understand their requirements and explain how our platform works.
• Follow up with leads and help convert them into registered/active users.
• Guide customers through registration, profile setup and app usage.
• Provide basic technical support for issues related to the app/platform.
• Help customers complete onboarding if they face difficulty.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing users.
• Update lead status, customer information and follow-up activity.
• Coordinate internally to resolve customer queries or technical issues.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks related to customer onboarding and platform activity.
• Build good relationships with customers and ensure they have a smooth experience using the platform.

What we're looking for:

• Good communication skills, comfortable speaking with customers over phone/WhatsApp, basic understanding of mobile apps and technology, ability to follow up systematically, and a helpful problem-solving attitude.
• Languages: Marathi and Hindi required; basic English preferred.
