Job Description

The Guest Experience Officer owns the end-to-end guest journey at Jagannath Express — from the first welcome at the entrance to the farewell at the door. With five years of hospitality experience behind her, she brings maturity, presence, and judgement to the floor: she anticipates guest needs, manages the seating chart under pressure, mentors junior service staff, and represents the café's warm South Indian ethos to every guest who walks in.
