We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Associate to join our HR & Administration team.
- Job ResponsibilitiesHRRecruitment and interview coordination
- Resume screening and candidate communication
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, PF, ESIC & statutory compliance
- Assist in implementing HR policies
- Coordinate with consultants and apprentices
- Handle employee engagement activities
- AdministrationManage office administration and housekeeping
- Monitor office facilities and maintenance
- Arrange meetings and travel bookings
- Coordinate training programs
- Maintain stationery and housekeeping inventory
- Support basic IT coordination
- Ensure legal and company compliance
- Maintain office records and reports
- Required SkillsGood communication skills
- MS Excel & MS Office
- Tally Prime knowledge preferred
- Basic HR & Payroll knowledge
- PF, ESIC & Labour Law awareness
- Documentation skills
- Good coordination & follow-up
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- EligibilityB.Com / MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate
- 0–2 years experience in HR/Admin
- Freshers with good HR knowledge may also apply
- Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage
