Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational and administrative hotel staff.
  • Partner with Department Heads (HODs) to forecast seasonal and regular manpower needs.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage job offers.
  • Oversee new hire orientation, documentation, and property walkthroughs.

 HR Operations & Payroll

  • Verify attendance, shift schedules, leaves, and overtime inputs.
  • Coordinate inputs for accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.

Employee Relations & Retention

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor staff turnover and conduct exit interviews to implement retention strategies.

Training & Performance Management

  • Oversee annual performance appraisals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and promotions.
