पद: नॉर्थ इंडियन और चाइनीज़ शेफ

हम ऐसे अनुभवी शेफ की तलाश में हैं जिसे नॉर्थ इंडियन और चाइनीज़ खाना बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव हो।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:स्वादिष्ट और अच्छी क्वालिटी का नॉर्थ इंडियन और चाइनीज़ खाना बनाना।
  • सभी डिश का स्वाद, क्वालिटी और प्रेजेंटेशन एक जैसा बनाए रखना।
  • किचन की साफ-सफाई और स्वच्छता का ध्यान रखना।
  • खाने की सामग्री का सही तरीके से उपयोग करना और बर्बादी कम करना।
  • ऑर्डर के अनुसार समय पर खाना तैयार करना।
  • अन्य किचन स्टाफ के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
  • फूड सेफ्टी और किचन के नियमों का पालन करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यता:नॉर्थ इंडियन और चाइनीज़ कुकिंग का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए।
  • अलग-अलग ग्रेवी, स्टार्टर, तंदूरी और चाइनीज़ डिश बनाने की जानकारी हो।
  • साफ-सफाई और अनुशासन का ध्यान रखने वाला होना चाहिए।
  • टीम के साथ अच्छे से काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
