Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and technically competent Interior Designer to develop functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, material selection, detailed drawings, client coordination, and site execution support.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning proposals.

* Prepare furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

* Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renders.

* Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories.

* Coordinate interior requirements with architectural, civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams.

* Prepare material schedules, specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and site engineers.

* Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design discrepancies.

* Review samples, mock-ups, shop drawings, and material submissions.

* Ensure design quality, budget compliance, and timely project completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

* Relevant experience in residential, commercial, or corporate interior projects.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of 3ds Max, Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar rendering tools preferred.

* Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture detailing, and execution methods.

* Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage design changes and project deadlines.
