• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle US clients professionally through international voice calls.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential US clients.
• Understand client requirements and communicate relevant information clearly.
• Use strong convincing and communication skills to convert leads.
• Identify new B2B sales opportunities and support lead conversion.
• Maintain professional relationships with international clients.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
• Work effectively during night shifts to support international business operations.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Experienced International Voice Process Agent with 6+ months of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication and speaking skills.
• Good experience or ability in US client handling.
• Confident in international calling and telecalling.
• Strong convincing, lead generation, and lead conversion skills.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and international client communication.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working night shifts.
• Experience in International BPO / Voice Process will be preferred.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000/month
• 📈 Salary will be based on skills & experience
