Summary:The Jewellery Sales Executive engages with customers to understand their preferences, recommends suitable jewellery pieces, and drives sales in a retail showroom. The role requires strong product knowledge, trust-building skills, and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery items
• Explain product details such as materials, gemstones, pricing, and care instructions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes
• Maintain display standards and ensure products are well-presented
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Keep updated with latest jewellery trends and collections
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service
• Ensure security and proper handling of high-value items

• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Experience in retail sales (jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamonds, gemstones)
• Trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
